Caffitaly machines are one of the two components of our integrated system. They are characterized by a unique design and maximum functionality, with technology that ensures perfect extraction for every blend of coffee and other hot drinks.

They are, in fact, fitted with a capsule recognition system, which automatically suggests the ideal brewing mode for each blend of coffee and other hot drinks.

Caffitaly is the only system with dual infusion.

It begins with the pre-infusion (an internationally patented technology) which prepares the ground coffee in the capsule by wetting it evenly (thanks to the upper filter) and releasing its full aroma.

Then, pressure brewing completes the process, ensuring an exceptional result in the cup, with a thick, full-bodied and long-lasting creamy froth.

The pressure system is referred to as dual pressure, as it allows you to select the most suitable pressure for brewing the drink:

• high pressure – for espresso and long espresso

• low pressure – for American coffee, hot drinks and herbal teas

Finally, an extraction system operating at 10 bar pressure for espresso – along with a range of other specific pressures tailored to different types of coffee and drinks – ensures the product is always dispensed to the highest standard, delivering an unparalleled taste experience.
